Los Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.
This penthouse apartment has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal spiral staircase, it is well equipped and very well furnished. There is free wifi internet access.
The spacious lounge and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite TV with additional netflix app and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a TV, patio doors to a private balcony with views and a table and chairs and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has twin beds and has use of the separate family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and fridge freezer.
An internal spiral staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor where bedroom three has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. A door from the upper landing leads to the private upper roof terrace where you can relax in the Spanish sunshine.
