This large detached individual villa at the famous La Manga Club Resort has 6 bedrooms, a large garden and is in a great location, within easy walking distance of many of the Resort’s facilities. It is well equipped with a private pool with child safety fence and has three lounges, making it ideal for larger groups of friends or family. There is free wifi internet access.

Enter the property into the hallway with access to the first lounge with comfortable sofas and occasional chairs and satellite or cable TV. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace with outdoor dining facilities and access to the pool and garden. The pool has a child safety fence and spacious patio surrounding it. The entire plot is landscaped in a typically Spanish style with flowering plants and shrubs. There is a shady outdoor lounge area and a barbecue kitchen area.

Back inside, the second lounge has a dining table and chairs, sofa, TV and patio doors to the garden. The kitchen/breakfast room is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. There is a table and chairs and stools at the breakfast bar. There is also a cloakroom facility.

Also on the ground floor, the spacious master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors leading to the terrace and pool and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate large walk-in shower.

Upstairs to the second bedroom suite which has a double bed, patio doors to an upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.

Returning to the ground floor, the third bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, while the fourth bedroom has a single bed and patio doors to the poolside terrace and the fifth bedroom has a single day-bed and patio doors to the poolside terrace. Both these bedrooms share use of the separate family bathroom.

Sixth bedroom annexe with external access only is not suitable for younger children.

The annexe, which has a separate external access door, contains the sixth bedroom which has a double bed, an additional small lounge with TV and patio doors, a kitchenette and a further bathroom.
