Set in a very central, quiet cul de sac, it is just a short walk from the tennis centre, restaurants, shops, the resort hotel and most of the activities available at the famous La Manga Club Resort, making it perfect for families not wanting to rely on a car to enjoy the club’s facilities. The accommodation is on two floors.
On the ground floor the comfortable lounge, has an airey feel with high vaulted ceiling, satellite or cable TV and patio doors leading to a covered outdoor dining terrace. From here you can access the garden and poolside terrace with barbecue and sun loungers to relax by the pool in the warm Spanish sunshine.
The kitchen is well equipped with granite work surfaces, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, microwave oven and coffee machine. There is a utility room with a washing machine and a cloakroom on the ground floor.
Still on the ground floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower, while bedroom two also has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower,
On the first floor bedroom three has twin beds and patio doors to a small upper balcony. It has the use of an adjacent separate bathroom with bath and twin basins.
