This villa is good value and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and with a garden bar and ample space it is perfect for large groups of family or friends. With accommodation on three levels, it includes a private garden and swimming pool, and an optional hot tub, available at additional cost. There is free wifi internet.
On the main floor the stylish lounge has satellite or cable TV, a large picture window and glass partition doors to the indoor dining area and the well equipped kitchen with large island, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.
There are patio doors from the dining area to the upper terrace, with outdoor dining facilities and outdoor lounge furniture.
A door from the kitchen leads you to the garden bar and outdoor lounge and there are steps to the hot tub, garden and private swimming pool. There are extensive areas of astroturf lawn including a putting green.
Back inside, from the hall a flight of stairs lead up to the master bedroom which has a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is bedroom two with twin beds, which can be made as a double if preferred. This bedroom also has an en-suite shower room.
On the lower ground floor are two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Bedroom three has a twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred, while bedroom four also has a twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred. These bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom.
