This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal spiral staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.
The spacious living and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV, DVD player and has patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful views. A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with additional shower. It has a double bed and patio doors to a small terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and has use of the additional full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
An internal spiral staircase leads from the living room to the third bedroom which has a double bed. Also on this upper level is a second rooftop terrace where you can relax in the sun.
