This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.
The spacious living and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV, DVD player and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds. The third bedroom is on the upper level and has patio doors to the upper terrace. There is an additional full bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
