This recently refurbished four bedroom townhouse has terraces which overlook the pool and gardens, with a gas barbecue. It is well furnished and equipped.
On the ground floor the living and dining room has satellite or cable TV, DVD player, music dock and patio doors to the terrace and garden area, with gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer and a table and chairs. The kitchen has a door with access to the ground floor terrace and gardens. There is also a cloakroom on this floor.
On the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Also on this floor the second bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to a private upper terrace whilst the third bedroom has twin beds. Both of these bedrooms share the use of a family bathroom.
On the lower ground floor is the fourth bedroom which has twin beds and the use of a bathroom with shower.
There is also a games room with table tennis and a corner sofa.
