Los Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.
This penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal spiral staircase, it is well equipped and very well furnished. There is free wifi internet access.
The spacious lounge/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite TV, DVD/CD player, a telephone for free internal calls within the Resort and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. There is also a separate cloakroom.
The master bedroom has single beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, ceiling fan and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan and has use of the separate shower room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and fridge freezer.
The accommodation in the property is all on one level but an internal spiral staircase leads from the living room to the private roof terrace where you can relax in the sun.
