La Hacienda del Golf, in a great central yet set-back location, is a community of modern semi-detached villas, townhouses and apartments, built in a Spanish style with extensive level lawned community gardens and a large freeform pool with children’s pool section. Within an easy walk of the tennis centre and other facilities at the famous La Manga Club Resort.

Just listed on our site, this 4 bedroom semi-detached villa has accommodation on three floors. It is well furnished and equipped, and has nice views over the landscaped gardens and the large community pool. There is free wireless internet access.

Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge and dining room, which is well furnished and complete with satellite TV with many UK English language channels, DVD player and iPod dock. Patio doors open to the partially covered terrace with outside lounge furniture, dining table and chairs, a barbecue and a few steps down to the community gardens and large freeform swimming pool with children’s paddling area.

The separate kitchen on the ground floor is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and a coffee machine. A separate utility room on the lower ground floor houses the washing machine and another fridge freezer.

Also on the ground floor is bedroom two which has a double bed, TV, patio doors to the lounge terrace and an en-suite bathroom.

The master bedroom is on the first floor, it has a double bed (which can be split into single beds if preferred), TV, patio doors to a private terrace with views over the community gardens and pool and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three is also situated on this first floor, it has twin beds, TV, iPod dock and an en-suite shower room. 

From the ground floor, steps lead down to the lower ground floor, where you can find bedroom four, a large room with single beds, a TV and high windows to give natural light and an en-suite shower room. Also on the lower ground floor is the games room which has a TV, table football, a dart board and high windows to give natural light.

Overall the villa was really good. The Management Company were very helpful and we were particularly pleased with the mid week clean and changing of linen. The only suggestion we might make is that when sitting on the terrace in the early evening we found the low sun to be a problem. We noticed an umbrella stand on the terrace but no umbrella. I'm sure this could be easily rectified. We enjoyed our stay in villa HDG206 very much.
