This single storey detached three bedroom villa is light, spacious and well equipped. It has a large sunny terrace including an extra side terrace and private pool. Free wireless internet access is provided.
The entrance leads to a hallway, off this the recently refurbished kitchen which is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a large open hatch into the dining and lounge area.
Also from the hallway down two steps, is the open plan lounge and dining room which has satellite or cable TV, DVD player and an iPod dock. There are large bi-fold patio doors onto a sunny terrace with a private swimming pool. Enjoy al fresco dining from the gas barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers. The lounge is comfortably furnished and spacious.
Accessed from the lounge, the master bedroom has a large double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with bath, twin sinks, wc and an additional walk-in shower enclosure. This bedroom has patio doors to the pool terrace.
Situated off the hallway, the second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with sink, wc and a large walk-in shower enclosure. This bedroom has patio doors to the side terrace and on to the pool terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds, patio doors to the front of the villa and the use of the separate bathroom with sink, wc and a large walk-in shower enclosure.
Steps from the front of the property lead to a large, sunny roof terrace with views to the South Golf Course and the hills beyond.
