Las Higueras are a community of detached villas within the famous La Manga Club Resort, each with its own private garden, private pool, terrace and roof terrace. They are in a quiet location approx 15 minutes walk to the tennis centre.
This lovely, well-equipped, detached two bedroom villa has recently been refurbished. It has a large sunny terrace with plenty of space for outside dining, a private pool, which can be heated at extra cost and its own car port. There is free wifi internet access.
The entrance is via several steps to the front door which leads to a hallway off which is all the accommodation. First the modern kitchen, which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer, then the second bedroom, with twin beds and patio doors which open to the front of the property. This bedroom has use of the adjacent family shower room and the washing machine is located here.
Please note that this villa has a third bedroom on a mezzanine floor, which is for the owners use only.
From the hallway, descend a couple of steps to the comfortable, spacious lounge and dining room which has satellite or cable TV and large patio doors onto a sunny terrace with a separate pergola and private swimming pool. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers.
Also on this lower level of the villa is the master bedroom, with a king size bed, with patio doors onto the pool terrace and a large en-suite bathroom with corner bath, two wash hand basins, bidet, wc and large walk in shower.
