Las Terrazas de Montemares is a community of modern townhouses, situated in an elevated position behind El Rancho. They are set around a large freeform community pool and well cared for gardens.
This large townhouse is set on three storeys, is well appointed and spacious. Residents can enjoy the community freeform swimming pool and lawned gardens. Free wireless internet access.
Off street private parking at upper ground level where you find the entrance door. From the entrance hall enter the open plan lounge and dining room with satellite or cable TV, DVD player and patio doors leading to an upper terrace with views of the community pool and the Mar Menor in the distance. This terrace has a barbecue and outdoor dining facilities.
The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
There is a cloakroom with wc on this floor.
Downstairs to the middle floor, where the master bedroom has a kingsize bed which can be split into single beds if preferred, patio doors to another terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, twin wash basins and wc. The terrace on this floor has outdoor lounge furniture. Also on this level is bedroom two, which has a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite shower room with twin sinks and bedroom three, which has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, patio doors to a side terrace and use of the family shower room accessed from the hallway on this level.
Down a further flight of stairs to the pool level, bedroom four has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, patio doors to the lower terrace, with access to the communal gardens and pool and bedroom five, which has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of a separate family shower room which is accessed from the hallway on this level. Also on this lower floor is a second lounge with patio doors to the gardens and pool, a second kitchen and a utility room where the washing machine is located.
