Las Brisas is a modern development comprising of individual villas with private pools and townhouses with use of community pools. Situated in beautiful landscaped gardens near to the South golf course at the famous La Manga Club Resort.

This three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse is set in a peaceful location and has recently been refurbished. It has accommodation on two levels, plus a sunny roof terrace and a terrace with barbecue. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.

On the ground floor the lounge and dining room has satellite or cable TV and patio doors to the terrace.  This leads to the pretty communual garden area and swimming pool.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. From the kitchen a door leads to the terrace and gardens. There is also a cloakroom on this floor.

On the first floor are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The washing machine is situated in this bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin beds and the third bedroom also has twin beds.  These two bedrooms share the use of the family shower room. Stairs lead up to the spacious private roof terrace with sun loungers and views of the community and beyond.

Situated in a quiet location at La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Lovely community gardens and swimming pool. Parking directly outside the villa.

Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen, towels and a grocery welcome pack*.

We do not recommend this property for families with young children, unless they are fully supervised, due to the nature of the internal stairs and roof terrace.

This was a delightful property, very homely and set in a very beautiful and peaceful location! We absolutely loved the roof terrace which had been renovated to a very high standard - fabulous view of the golf course and club. Great place to start day with breakfast or wind down at night with a glass of something! We arrived late in the evening but the keys were easily located in a lock box at the Management offices. Clear directions to the property were provided, very easy to find. The property was very clean and very well equipped - the welcome pack is always well appreciated when arriving late at night! And although just the 2 of us staying in a 3 bedroom property, bath towels and beach towels were provided on each of the beds, so we had extra to use during our week stay. We did have a problem with the air conditioning on arrival - the property was extremely hot and we struggled to cool it down (outside temperature in Spain was excessive for time of year!). However, when we visited the Management Company the next day, they advised us that we had set it too low and to adjust it to 24°C. Once we did this, the temperature in the property regulated and we were very comfortable. A tip to remember for another time! Would definitely stay again.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £175.00 per night / Mid season £210.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.
