This fabulous detached villa is in a great location in the famous La Manga Club Resort, with a large garden and air conditioned throughout. It has its own fenced private swimming pool which can be optionally heated at additional cost.
On the ground floor are the 4 double bedrooms, all with patio doors leading to the garden. The master bedroom has a double bed, lounge area with sofa and TV, a safe and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins and additional walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has use of the separate full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, and bedroom 4 has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also located on the ground floor.
There are built in stair-gates at the top and bottom of the internal staircase. On the first floor is the fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer.
The spacious lounge is well furnished and complete with TV. Patio doors lead to a lovely terrace with table, chairs and built in barbecue. From here you have views over the garden and pool, to the Mar Menor in the distance.
The separate dining area has a ceiling fan, and patio doors leading to a sun terrace. Steps lead from this terrace to the garden below.

Detached villa in La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Very large bedrooms. Private fenced 10m x 5m pool, and large enclosed secluded gardens partly landscaped partly laid to astroturf, private terraces, barbecue facilities and table tennis table. The pool can be optionally heated at a cost of £400.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen, towels including complimentary pool towels and a premium grocery welcome pack*.
