Las Terrazas de Montemares is a community of modern townhouses, situated in an elevated position behind El Rancho. They are set around a large freeform community pool and well cared for gardens.
This refurbished townhouse is set on two floors, is spacious and well appointed. Clients staying here can enjoy the large communnal freeform swimming pool and lawned gardens. There is free wireless internet access.
Off street private parking at upper ground level where you find the entrance door. From the entrance hall stairs lead down to the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with satellite or cable TV, bluetooth speaker and patio doors leading to an upper terrace with fabulous views across the Resort to the hills in the distance. This terrace has a gas barbecue, outdoor dining facilities and two sun loungers.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and American style fridge freezer. There is a terrace off the kitchen where the washing machine and tumble dryer can be found.
Also on this floor are two bedrooms, bedroom two with a king size bed, patio doors to an upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower. Bedroom three has twin beds, patio doors to an upper terrace and the use of a separate shower room.
Downstairs to a further three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with large free-standing bath, walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Bedroom four which has twin beds and an en-suite shower room and bedroom four which also has twin beds and an en-suite shower room.
Also on this lower floor is a second lounge/playroom with sofa and TV and patio doors leading to the gardens and pool.
