The apartment is on two levels with a staircase to the third bedroom and a second, upper South-West facing terrace, perfect for afternoon and evening sunshine. The private lounge terrace has great views and a built-in barbecue. The property is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.
Enter the property via approx 20 steps into the spacious open plan lounge and dining room which has satellite or cable TV and has patio doors leading to the lounge terrace which has beautiful, far-reaching views. A covered area of the terrace has a built-in barbecue and table and chairs for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or you can just relax on the outdoor lounge furniture or the sun loungers.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
On this level, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. It has a king-size double bed and patio doors to a small terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, which can be made as a double if preferred and has use of the separate family bathroom which also has a walk-in shower.
An internal staircase leads from the living room to the third bedroom which has twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred. Also on this upper level is the South-West facing upper terrace where you can relax on the loungers provided.
