There is an external staircase from the private driveway to the entrance door with approx 20 steps. In the entrance hall there is a cloakroom and there are 7 steps up to the the open plan lounge and dining room. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, easy chair and has satellite or cable wall mounted smart TV featuring many English language channels. Patio doors to the lounge terrace with spectacular views, outdoor dining facilities, loungers and a gas barbecue. An external staircase leads to the roof terrace. At the other end of this floor the indoor dining area has table and chairs and patio doors with 7 steps down to the pool terrace, with private swimming pool which has step access at the shallow end and ladder access at the deep end. This terrace has ample space for you to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. There are also further outdoor dining facilities on this terrace.

Also on the upper floor off the dining room, the kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and breakfast bar

Back in the hallway there are 7 steps down to the main bedroom floor with three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, patio doors to a small balcony with views and an en-suite full bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. The second bedroom has a large double bed, which can be split into singles if preferred, a window to the side of the villa and an en-suite full bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and wc. Finally on this level the third bedroom has a large double bed, which can be split into singles if preferred, patio doors to a small balcony with views and the use of the separate adjacent shower room with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc.

Down a further staircase to the lowest level where you can find the fourth bedroom which has a large double bed, which can be split into singles if preferred, patio doors to the driveway (ideal for loading/unloading from the car) and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. Also on this lower level is a utility room where the washing machine is situated and a work room / home office with desk and chair.
