El Rancho is a popular community of traditional Spanish style villas varying in size from one to four bedrooms. Most of them have terraces with built in barbecues and many have views across the famous La Manga Club Resort to the Mar Menor and the hills surrounding. There are a total of nine community swimming pools each with its own children’s pool, an ideal location for families.
This detached four bedroom, three bathroom villa is situated close to one of the community pools. It is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.
Entrance door at a “half-level” with cloakroom with wc and half flight of steps up to the lounge and half flight down to the bedrooms.
Up to the open plan lounge and dining room which has a smart TV, sofas, indoor dining table and chairs and patio doors leading to the lounge terrace with outdoor dining facilities, barbecue and views of one of the nine communal swimming pools and the community gardens.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
Downstairs to the bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a small terrace with gate and steps to the communal pool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, twin wash basins and wc. The second bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, wash basin and wc, while the third bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred and the fourth bedroom has a single bed. These two bedrooms have the use of a separate bathroom with bath with shower over, wash basin, wc and the washing machine.
