El Rancho is a popular community of traditional Spanish style villas varying in size from one to four bedrooms. Most of them have terraces with built in barbecues and many have views across the Resort to the Mar Menor and the surrounding hills. There are a total of nine community swimming pools each with its own children’s pool, an ideal location for families.
This two bedroom, two bathroom villa is conveniently situated close to two of the community pools and within walking distance of many of the Resort facilities. Parking is right outside the villa with just a few steps to the entrance. It has free wifi internet access.
Enter into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which has satellite or cable TV, sofas, an indoor dining area and patio doors leading to the lounge terrace which overlooks the gardens with distant sea views and has outdoor dining and barbecue facilities.
The open plan kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer.
From the lounge there is a staircase down to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and has patio doors to a ground floor terrace which is next to one of the communal swimming pools and the gardens. The second bedroom has a twin beds and also has patio doors to the ground floor terrace with access to the pool and the gardens. This bedroom has the use of separate bathroom. There is a washing machine in a hall cupboard.
Back in the lounge, an internal staircase leads up to a roof terrace with sun loungers and far reaching views across the Resort.

Lovely villa in a quiet location, air conditioning throughout. Private terraces and barbecue facilities. The community has nine outdoor community pools set in pretty gardens. Within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants at Bellaluz Plaza.
Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen and towels, including pool towels and welcome grocery pack.
PLEASE NOTE: The owners are currently undertaking some works including replacing some furniture, this will be completed early 2026 – currently no photos of the villa, they will follow soon after the work is complete. Pictures are of the nearby pool.
