This fabulous, recently built individual villa at La Manga Club Resort has 5 bedrooms, tennis court, games room and is in a great location only 2 minutes walk from Bellaluz Plaza. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.
On the ground floor the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen has satellite or cable smart TV and comfortable, stylish sofas. There is an indoor dining area and the kitchen is modern and well equipped with two dishwashers, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a large island breakfast bar with bar stools. Patio doors from this room lead outside.
The spacious grounds include outdoor dining facilities with gas barbecue, ample terracing, private swimming pool with a jacuzzi section, private tennis court and a basketball hoop. The perfect place to relax in the warm Spanish sunshine.
Also on the ground floor a separate TV room has wall mounted smart TV and sofa.
To complete the ground floor accommodation there is a shower room, with shower, basin and wc, perfect for daytime use from the pool, there is also a cloakroom with basin and wc and a staircase and lift to access the upper floor.
Up on the first floor are all of the five bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to an upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. Bedroom two has twin beds and patio doors to an upper terrace. Bedroom three has twin beds and patio doors to an upper terrace. Bedroom four and bedroom five have twin beds and windows. All of the twin bedded rooms can be made up as double beds if preferred. There are two further shower rooms on the first floor, each with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc.
Stairs lead up to a roof terrace with outdoor dining and lounge facilities and views over the Resort towards the sea.
There is a lower ground floor with a games room with a pool table and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
