There are steps up from the parking area to access the apartment. Entrance into a hallway, off which the open plan living room and dining room which has satellite or cable smart TV and patio doors to the terrace with barbecue, outdoor lounge/dining facilities and great views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the terrace and an en-suite full bathroom, with additional walk-in shower, twin wash basins and wc. Bedroom two has a double bed and dual aspect windows and bedroom three has twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of a separate shower room with twin wash basins and wc.
