This fabulous spacious modern detached individual five bedroom villa at the famous La Manga Club Resort is in a quiet location on the La Manga Club North Golf Course and near the facilities at Las Lomas Village. (7 bedroom villa rented as a 5 bedroom option.)
Situated on a fabulous plot with great views over the North golf course, the villa is well furnished and equipped. It has a secure private garden and terrace area with private pool.
The villa also has a games room and free wireless internet access.
Main Floor

In La Manga Club Resort, large detached villa, fully air conditioned. Large private pool which can be heated at a cost of £380.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months. Private gardens, private terraces and barbecue facilities. Spacious accommodation, in a quiet location. Car hire essential.
This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates (for 10 persons). Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen & towels, including pool towels and a welcome grocery pack.

We hired this villa for a weeks stay in December.
It was an extremely easy process with great customer service from start to finish. Ian was extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had.
They provided clear and precise details and information of how to get to the villa, where to Collect the keys and some general information about the resort an area should this be required etc.
We know the club very well and were already staying at La Manga Club in the Hotel for a few days before renting the villa, so we made ourselves known to the Management company who were extremely friendly, helpful and flexible allowing us to enter the property early the day we started the villa booking and to remain later the day we left as there were no cross over rentals with our booked stay. They were wonderful throughout the stay and I cannot fault them. They were super helpful to us and sorted an issue we had we the pool. Pools cannot be guaranteed when heated as to as to how hot they will be but I have to say this one and it’s location being so high up is just not worth heating in the winter months as even with heating was like an ice bath. (I recommend a cover as it does not have one as this may help with warming it up). This said I will defo be back to this villa as it is a gem! What a gorgeous place to rent. There was only my husband and I so a real luxury to have such a huge villa to spend time in. Every amenity you need to keep you occupied with a fun games room, big TV, music system, a kitchen stocked with all utensils and more, a real home from home in every way. Everything was thought of down to a basket of blankets for the chilly nights to sit outside with.
As I said, we will definitely be booking this villa again very soon and I cannot wait to return and spend some more time relaxing here.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.
For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £480.00 per night / Mid season £640.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).
