Los Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.
This penthouse apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wireless internet access.
The spacious living/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, a telephone for free internal calls within the Resort and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views.A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and twin wash basins. It has two single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred. The second bedroom has twin beds, and has use of the additional bathroom where the washing machine is located.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and fridge freezer.
The accommodation in the property is all on one level but an internal spiral staircase leads from the living room to the private solarium where you can relax in the sun.

In response to your questions, nothing could have been better. We have been to many Los Olivos apartments over the last 12 years. None has been better than this one. We used both patios/ balconies every day. The straight staircase is an improvement over the common spiral ones. The apartment was very clean, the directions were clear. The WiFi worked well. The welcome pack was most useful. We would definitely return to this property.
