This refurbished two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the first floor with all of the accommodation on one level. It has two small covered terraces and free wireless internet access.
A few steps from the ground floor level to the apartment entrance door. Enter into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen which has a comfortable corner sofa, satellite or cable wall mounted smart TV and patio doors to a covered private upper terrace overlooking the main Bellaluz Plaza with small table and two chairs and a hammock. The dining room area has a table and seating for 4 people. The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and a large American style fridge freezer.
Bedroom one has a double bed and a small terrace overlooking a walkway. While bedroom two has twin beds, a wall mounted TV and a window overlooking the main Bellaluz Plaza. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, a basin and a wc.
PLEASE NOTE: Lounge and bedroom two overlook the Bellaluz Main Plaza, these have double-glazed windows but there is a possibility of evening/night time noise. For those who want a great value lively holiday close to the bars and restaurants, this apartment is perfect.
