The stylish modern open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen on the ground floor has a comfortable sofa and satellite or cable smart TV with a large selection of TV stations. There is a dining table and chairs and patio doors to the ground floor terrace which leads to the private outdoor swimming pool. Back inside the modern kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is an island with bar stools.
Bedroom one on the ground floor has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. The bedroom has a door to the walled poolside terrace with sun loungers, the perfect place to relax in your Spanish holiday home.
Stairs lead to the first floor where you can find a second lounge with corner sofa, breakfast bar style table and stools and patio doors to the upper terrace with outdoor lounge and dining furniture and great views across the Resort towards Lion Mountain. Also on the first floor bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc and bedroom three has a twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, twin basins and wc.
Ample parking is near to the villa and the the Bellaluz community has a large 25m communal swimming pool complex which is a short walk away.
Please note: the glass staircase banisters do not allow for stairgates to be fitted. For this reason this villa would not be suitable for families with mobile babies and toddlers.
