El Rancho is a popular community of traditional Spanish style villas varying in size from one to four bedrooms. Most of them have terraces with built in barbecues and many have views across the famous La Manga Club Resort to the Mar Menor and the hills surrounding. There are a total of nine community swimming pools each with its own children’s pool, an ideal location for families.
This terraced three bedroom, three bathroom villa is well equipped and furnished, it has parking nearby and a level access path to the nearby swimming pool. Free wifi internet access.
Entrance into the open plan lounge and dining room which has a comfortable corner sofa and easy lounge chairs, dining table and six dining chairs, wall mounted satellite or cable TV and patio doors leading to the lounge terrace with outdoor lounge furniture, barbecue and views across the Resort towards the Mar Menor sea.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. A door leads from the kitchen to the lounge terrace.
Downstairs to two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and patio doors to a terrace. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, twin wash basins and wc. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, ceiling fan and patio doors to a terrace. This bedroom has the use of a separate bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, wash basin and wc.
From the outside front of the property, an external staircase leads up to the third bedroom suite. It has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, ceiling fan and an en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, basin and wc.
At the front of the villa is a South facing terrace with outdoor dining facilities.

Terraced villa in La Manga Club Resort, parking is nearby and one of the nine community pools at El Rancho is only a 25m level walk away. Air conditioning throughout is included in the price.
