This fabulous unique individual villa at La Manga Club Resort has six bedrooms, five in the main house and one in an annex and six bathrooms, five of which are en-suite. The villa is in a central location within walking distance of many of the resort facilities. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.

Please note that the ground floor of this villa and the majority of the outside area is wheelchair friendly and suitable for those with mobility issues.

The entrance of the villa has electric gates and off-street parking for several cars.

On the ground floor is an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with satellite or cable TV. Patio doors lead to an outdoor lounge area, a covered dining area and a garden bar.

The garden includes a private kidney shaped swimming pool with steps entrance, a shallow toddler area and extensive surrounding terracing. The pool can be heated at an additional cost and has lockable gates. The garden includes a lawned area, native Spanish flowers, trees and shrubs and there is a children’s climbing frame, slide and sand pit.

Back inside the villa, the kitchen is modern and well equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens and two microwaves, hob and extractor fan, fridge freezer, two additional large fridges, coffee machine, breakfast bar, dining table and chairs.

There is a utility room with a washer-dryer machine.

Three of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower wet room which is wheelchair accessible, while the third bedroom has the use of a separate bathroom with bath with shower over.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. This bedroom also has a private lounge with sofa and TV. There are patio doors to an upper balcony. Also on the first floor, another bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and patio doors to a large upper balcony.

The annex has a separate access above the double garage. It comprises of a lounge and dining area with sofa and satellite TV, dining table and chairs, a kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer and a the sixth bedroom with double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors to an upper balcony. Please note external access only to the annexe bedroom, not suitable for young children.

The villa is air conditioned and has underfloor heating throughout.

The ground floor of the villa, patio area and the pool are all wheelchair accessible.

Unique detached villa in La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Private pool and enclosed secluded gardens, private terraces, barbecue facilities and children’s play area. The pool can be optionally heated at a cost of £375.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
