This spacious detached individual four bedroom villa is in a quiet location on the North Golf Course.
Situated on an elevated plot with views over the North golf course. It has a private swimming pool which can be heated at additional cost, marble floors and is well furnished and equipped and ideal for large groups of families or friends. Free wifi internet access.
The stylish lounge has satellite or cable TV with many UK English language channels. Patio doors open onto the outdoor lounge terrace which has great views. There are steps down to the poolside terrace with private oval swimming pool and surrounding terrace including features such as outdoor lounge furniture under a shady pergola, a gas barbecue and sun loungers.
Back inside, from the lounge, descend a few steps to the kitchen and dining room, which is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine. The dining area has a modern table and seats eight, there are patio doors giving access to the outside terraces.
There is a cloakroom facility on this level.
Descend a few steps from the other side of the lounge, the spacious master bedroom has a double bed, sofa, TV, patio doors giving access to a terrace with table and chairs and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins.
Downstairs on the lower floor, bedroom two has a double bed, patio doors giving access to the poolside terrace and an en-suite bathroom (not pictured) with bath with shower over and twin wash basins.
Descend a few steps to the lowest level where you will find bedroom three with twin beds and patio doors to a terrace with table and chairs and bedroom four, with patio doors to a small garden area at the front of the villa. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom (not pictured) with bath with shower over and a single wash basin.
