This modern detached spacious three bedroom villa, has a large private pool, garden and terraces, wonderful far-reaching panoramic views and is in a peaceful area overlooking the North golf course and the rest of the La Manga Club Resort and beyond towards the Mar Menor, Cabo de Palos and the Mediterranean sea. The villa is on two levels plus the roof terrace. It has private off-street parking.
From the driveway enter the villa at the upper level. This triple aspect room is a bright and airy open plan lounge and dining room stylishly furnished with corner sofa, formal armchairs and a coffee table, dining table and chairs and a central storage island with secondary fridge and separate wine cooler. Patio doors out to the upper terraces with outdoor dining facilities, Weber gas barbecue and access via steps to the private swimming pool terrace. There are also stairs up to the roof terrace with fabulous views.
A door off this room leads to a TV room with comfortable corner sofa and wall-mounted 65″ cable or satellite TV with a good selection of UK and other channels.
Also on this upper floor, the kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a door from the kitchen to the side upper terrace.
There is a cloakroom facility on this level with basin and wc.
Stairs lead down to the three bedrooms at poolside level. Bedroom one has a double bed, a window to the side and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two also has a double bed which can be split into twin beds if preferred and a picture window to the poolside terrace, while bedroom three has twin beds and a window to the side. There is a separate family bathroom on this floor with walk-in shower.
A door leads from this bedroom level out to the poolside terrace and large roman shape private swimming pool with steps access. This is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and further outdoor dining facilities under a shady pergola. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holiday in the warm Spanish sunshine.
