This fabulous individual villa at La Manga Club Resort has 4 bedrooms which are all en-suite and is in a great location, within walking distance of many of the Resort’s facilities. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.
On the ground floor the main lounge is has TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to a covered terrace with large table, chairs and views to the garden and fantastic private pool. This large pool is situated on an enclosed terrace area and has a small separate children’s pool, beyond the pool is the spacious lawned and planted garden.
The second lounge, off the kitchen, is decorated in a Moroccan style and has a TV, DVD player and CD player. Patio doors lead to the kitchen terrace and there is also a study with sofa and a desk.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee machine, ceiling fan and table and chairs. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Patio doors lead from the kitchen to a terrace with table and chairs.
Three of the bedrooms are also on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds, each with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead from all bedrooms out to the garden.
The master bedroom, on the first floor, has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to a terrace with fantastic views to the Mar Menor in the distance and to the mountains around the resort.
