This fabulous three bedroom individual detached villa is in a quiet location near the North Course of the famous La Manga Club Resort with large astroturf gardens, private pool and tennis court. It is within easy reach of the facilities at Las Lomas Village. There is free wifi internet access.
The lounge has with flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the private swimming pool terrace, with raised built in barbecue area, outdoor dining facility and a large private garden backing the North golf course and containing a private tennis court. The villa also has a table tennis table and a 5 hole astroturf putting area.
Back inside there is a circular dining room with seating for six persons. The modern kitchen has a central island and is well equipped with dish washer, oven, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, wine cooler, fridge freezer and coffee machine. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a separate sitting room. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred and patio doors to the swimming pool terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and patio doors to the swimming pool terrace. Both of these bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom.
