Situated in the centre of the famous La Manga Club Resort just 3 or 4 minutes walk to the tennis centre, with easy access to shops, restaurants and the hotel, this 3 bedroom (all en-suite), modern villa offers everything you need for a super relaxing holiday. The villa has it’s own pool which can be optionally heated at additional cost, along with ample terrace and patio areas. It also has a table tennis table. There is free wireless internet access.
From the entrance the contemporary open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen complete with satellite TV with many UK English language channels, a bluetooth speaker and floor-to-ceiling patio doors to the poolside terrace. The lounge area has a comfortable and stylish leather sofa and there is an indoor dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
Also on the ground floor, bedroom one has a twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred and patio doors to the poolside terrace and an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, wc and walk-in shower.
Completing the ground floor accommodation is a cloakroom with wash basin and wc.
Outside, the wrap-around astroturf garden and terracing has a barbecue and outdoor dining and lounge facilities. The heat-able swimming pool is 9m x 4m and 1.0m to 1.7m deep with steps entry. There is a table tennis table on the terrace.
A staircase leads from the hallway up to two further bedrooms. Bedroom two, which has twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred and an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, wc and walk-in shower. Patio doors from the bedroom lead to a private upper terrace. Also bedroom three has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with wash basin, wc and walk-in shower.
There is a washing machine in the utility room on the lower ground floor.
