Enter the villa from the private driveway into the hallway which takes you to the comfortable open plan lounge and dining room with satellite or cable smart TV featuring many English language channels. Two sets of patio doors to a first floor terrace with spectacular views, a built-in barbecue and sink and outdoor dining facilities. A door leads to an upper terrace.
Also on this floor, the kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, wine cooler and coffee machine. There is a cloakroom where the washing machine is also situated.
A staircase from the lounge terrace leads up to a roof terrace, with great views and sun loungers.
Downstairs to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, smart TV, safe and an en-suite full bathroom with bath, walk-in shower twin basins and wc. Patio doors from the bedroom lead out to the lower terrace area and private swimming pool.
The second bedroom has a double bed, TV and en-suite shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and wc. Patio doors from the bedroom lead out to the lower terrace area and private swimming pool.
The third bedroom has twin beds, which can be made as a double if preferred and an en-suite shower room, with walk-in shower, basin and wc. There is a 4th additional separate shower room on this level, ideal for daytime use from the pool.
Outside is a beautiful poolside terrace with kidney shaped private swimming pool, which has stepped entrance at the shallow end and a ladder at the deep end. This terrace has ample space for you to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. Steps from this terrace lead down to a lower terrace with further outdoor lounge furniture.
