From the entrance the contemporary open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen complete with satellite or cable smart TV with a selection of English language channels, a bluetooth speaker and floor-to-ceiling patio doors to the poolside terrace. The lounge area has a comfortable and stylish corner sofa and there is an indoor dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee machine and breakfast bar.
Also on the ground floor, bedroom one has a double bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc.
Completing the ground floor accommodation is a cloakroom with wash basin and wc.
Outside, the wrap-around astroturf garden and terracing has a gas barbecue and outdoor dining and lounge facilities. The swimming pool is 6m x 3m and 1.0m to 1.8m deep.
