This fabulous detached individual villa at the famous La Manga Club Resort has 4 bedrooms and is in a great location, within easy walking distance of many of the Resort’s facilities and front-line to the fifth tee on the La Manga Club South golf course. Recently refurbished, it is well furnished and equipped with an infinity private pool and ample terraces and garden. There is free high-speed wifi internet access.
The villa is single storey. Enter the property into the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with flat-screen smart satellite or cable TV, bluetooth speaker, sofa and occasional chairs. There is an indoor dining area with seating for eight people and the well equipped kitchen which has a large island, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Patio doors lead from the kitchen and lounge to the pool terrace, while patio doors from the dining area lead to a terrace at the front of the villa.
There is a cloakroom with basin and wc.
The beautiful infinity swimming pool has steps access and a spacious patio surround leading to the garden which has an astro-turf area, planting and graveled areas. There are outdoor dining facilities, a gas barbecue, outdoor lounge facilities and other occasional outdoor tables and chairs.
Back inside bedroom one has a double bed, patio doors leading to the terrace and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom two has a double bed, patio doors leading to the terrace and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a double bed which can be split into twin beds if preferred and patio doors leading to the terrace while bedroom four has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred. Bedrooms three and four share use of the separate shower room.
The entire plot is enclosed by hedges and fences and has electric gates to the driveway.
