This large detached individual villa at the famous La Manga Club Resort has 5 bedrooms, a private tennis court and is in a great location, within easy walking distance of many of the Resort’s facilities and front-line near to the fifth tee on the La Manga Club South golf course. It is well furnished and equipped with a private pool which can be heated at additional cost. There is free wifi internet access.

The villa is single storey, enter the property into the hallway with access to the spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace with outdoor dining facilities and access to the pool, garden and tennis court. The pool has a spacious patio surrounding it and leading to the private tennis court. The entire plot is landscaped in a typically Spanish style with flowering plants and shrubs. There is a shady pergola area and a built in barbecue.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. An external door leads from the kitchen to the pool terrace.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, TV and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool and an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has a twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred, patio doors leading to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. Both these bedrooms share use of the separate family bathroom.

Fifth bedroom annexe with internal access and also separate external entrance

The annexe, which has a separate external access door if required, contains the fifth bedroom which has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a games room with pool table and TV and a further bathroom.

Detached villa in La Manga Club Resort, fully air conditioned. Private pool, private tennis court and secluded gardens, private terraces and barbecue facilities. The pool can be optionally heated at a cost of £350.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.

This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen & towels, including pool towels and Superior welcome grocery pack.
