Ground floor
The open plan lounge and dining room has comfortable sofas and satellite or cable TV and an indoor dining area with seating for 6 to 8 persons. This large room has a high ceiling and dual aspect patio door access to the poolside terrace and private pool area which is perfect for outdoor dining, barbecuing or just relaxing on the sun loungers.
The super recently refurbished kitchen with premium appliances has oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a table and chairs.
All three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. Master Bedroom: kingsize double bed and a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc. Bedroom 2: twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred and patio doors to the garden. Bedroom 3: twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of the recently refurbished family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, separate walk-in shower, basin and wc.
There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor with basin and wc.
