This modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom individual villa, with private pool is situated in the heart of the famous La Manga Club Resort, in an elevated position on the hill near to the tennis centre and the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
Spacious and well furnished, it is only a few minutes walk to the tennis centre, golf courses, bars and restaurants making it an ideal villa for a group of family or friends. Free wifi internet access.

Ground floor
The open plan lounge and dining room has comfortable sofas and satellite or cable TV and an indoor dining area with seating for 6 to 8 persons. This large room has a high ceiling and dual aspect patio door access to the poolside terrace and private pool area which is perfect for outdoor dining, barbecuing or just relaxing on the sun loungers.
The well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar has oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
All three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. Master Bedroom: Kingsize double bed and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc. Bedroom 2: Twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred. Bedroom 3: Twin beds which can be made as a double if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, basin and wc.
There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor with basin and wc.
