This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom villa is set in a peaceful location. With accommodation on two levels, it is very spacious and includes a private garden and pool. From the upper terrace there are good views over the South golf course and to the surrounding mountains. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.
On the ground floor the lounge has satellite TV, DVD player and a ceiling fan. Patio doors lead to the terrace which has outdoor dining facilities. Bedroom one is also on the ground floor and has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins and patio doors which lead out to the terrace and pool area.
The separate dining room has seating for eight and patio doors leading to the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads to the garden and terrace.
On the 1st floor is the master bedroom which has 2 single beds which can be made into a double if preferred, an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins and patio doors to an upper terrace area with great views and an external staircase down to the garden. Bedrooms three and four have twin beds and share use of the additional full bathroom.
The garden has a lawned area, and some natural shade.
