La Colina is centrally located within easy walking distance of the tennis centre, yet set back on the hill behind Los Olivos. The properties are situated around an attractive community pool and garden. Each has its own terraces and barbecue facilities.

This three bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment is situated near to the large community pool. It is well furnished and equipped.

The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen has satellite or cable TV and patio doors leading to the private terrace with outdoor dining facilities, barbecue and retractable glass screen doors. This terrace is a short walk to the lovely pool area. Here you can relax on the sun loungers whilst still being within easy reach of the property.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom has a double bed which can be split into single beds if required, en-suite full bathroom with bath, separate shower and twin sinks. Patio doors lead to the terrace.

Bedroom two has single beds and bedroom three also has single beds. These bedrooms share the use of the separate family shower room.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £155.00 per night / Mid season £180.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 6 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost. – MAXIMUM 6 PERSONS OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE***

Maximum Occupancy: 8 persons – 6 adults OR up to 6 adults + 2 children/infants (12 and under)***

Extra occupancy supplement (child or infant): £60.00 + £65.00 per week put-you-up bed hire or + £42.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).
