La Hacienda del Golf, in a great central, yet set-back, location at La Manga Club Resort, is a community of modern semi-detached villas, townhouses and apartments, built in a Spanish style with extensive level lawned community gardens and a large freeform pool with children’s pool section.

This two bedroom apartment is on the 1st and 2nd floor. It is well furnished and equipped and has great views over the landscaped gardens and the large community pool. There is free wifi internet access.

Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge and dining room, which is well furnished and complete with TV and DVD. Patio doors open to an open terrace with views over the community garden and pool, and table, chairs and barbecue.

The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A separate utility area houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and another sink.

The second bedroom is also on this floor. It has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. There is also an additional separate shower room on this floor.

The master bedroom is on the floor above, and has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. Patio doors lead from the bedroom to the terrace with views to the community garden and pool. A lovely large solarium gives views around the community, and benefits from all day sunshine.

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.
