Refurbished throughout in 2022, including creating open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom link-detached townhouse is set in a peaceful location, yet walkable distance from many of the Resort’s facilities. It has accommodation on two levels, plus a ground floor terrace leading to the gardens and pool. It is well furnished and equipped in a modern style. There is free wifi internet access.
On the ground floor the open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen has comfortable and stylish sofas and chairs and a large wall-mounted TV with satellite or cable TV including a selection of English language channels. The indoor dining area has a table and four chairs and is situated by the kitchen which is well equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. From the kitchen a door leads to the garden terrace. Patio doors from the lounge give access to the terrace and garden area with a covered decking area and outdoor dining facilities. From this terrace you can access the communal gardens and pool.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to a juliette balcony overlooking the gardens. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred and also has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
An internal staircase leads to the roof terrace with sun loungers and wonderful views.
