Las Higueras are a community of detached villas within the famous La Manga Club Resort, each with its own private garden, private pool, terrace and rooftop solarium. They are in a quiet location approx 15 minutes walk to the tennis centre.
This detached three bedroom villa has been fully refurbished to a very high standard, with large open plan lounge and kitchen with modern design. It has a large sunny terrace and private pool. There is free wireless internet access.
From the hallway, descend a couple of steps to the open plan lounge and kitchen which has comfortable sofas, satellite or cable TV and a DVD player. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. There is a large breakfast bar with four stools. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine.
Patio doors lead onto a sunny terrace with a private swimming pool. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers or the outdoor lounge furniture.
Back inside, the master bedroom has a double and a TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a TV. Both of these bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom. While the <strong “>third bedroom has twin beds, which can be made up as a double if preferred and and en-suite shower room.
From the front of the villa there are external steps to the roof terrace and a private drive for off-street parking.
