This three bedroom, two bathroom detached villa has spectacular views and private terraces. It is well furnished and equipped. There is free wifi internet access.
Enter the villa into the hallway with a cloakroom off. Up a few stairs to the lounge and dining room. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has satellite or cable Smart TV and a bluetooth speaker. There are patio doors to the lounge terrace with built-in barbecue, outdoor dining and lounge facilities and fabulous views across the Resort to the Mar Menor beyond. Patio doors off the dining room lead to a second terrace area at the rear.
The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and coffee machine.
From the hallway there are stairs down to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan, patio doors and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Bedroom two also has a double bed, ceiling fan and patio doors. While bedroom three has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the use of the family bathroom with walk-in shower and twin wash basins.
