Set in a very central, quiet cul de sac, it is just a short walk from the tennis centre, restaurants, shops, the resort hotel and most of the activities available at the famous La Manga Club Resort, making it perfect for families not wanting to rely on a car to enjoy the club’s facilities.  It has its own private swimming pool and has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

This property also allows you to book ‘residents’ sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Free wifi internet access.

The accommodation is on two floors.

The open plan living dining area is located to the left of the entrance hall and includes a good-sized lounge, comfortably furnished to a high standard and has  satellite or cable TV, DVD player, music system and free wireless internet access. The spacious dining area can seat up to 10 people.  There are patio doors leading from the lounge to an elevated covered terrace with outdoor seating.  Steps from the terrace lead down to the pool and garden.

The kitchen is located off the lounge area and is modern and well equipped, with granite work surfaces, fridge freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. A door from the kitchen leads out to a large terrace with tables and chairs, overlooking the pool and garden area.

Bedroom accommodation is on two floors. To the right of the entrance hall are two bedrooms.  The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom with twin beds, which can be made into a large double if preferred. This bedroom has use of the adjacent bathroom with bath with shower over. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with twin beds, which can also be made into large doubles if preferred.  These two bedrooms share the first floor bathroom.  There are stairs up to the roof sun terrace.

Externally the property has a, private garden with a small lawned area and a number of sun terraces.  The pool and terraces are south facing, giving all year sunshine. Sun loungers are provided around the pool.

The villa is fully air-conditioned/heated. The swimming pool can be heated at a supplement of £260.00 per week. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.

This property also allows you to book sports at residential sporting rates. Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen, towels including pool towels and a Superior welcome grocery pack.
