This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.
The spacious lounge and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV, DVD player and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A table and chairs and gas barbecue are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. There is also a remote control sun awning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be separated into two single beds if preferred) and an en-suite bathroom with bath, twin basins and an additional walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a double bed. Also on this floor is the family bathroom with basin and bath with shower over.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper level and bedroom three with twin beds. Patio doors to the South facing sunny upper rear terrace.
