Los Olivos penthouse apartments are always a popular choice with our clients, centrally located in La Manga Club Resort, opposite the tennis centre.
This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.
The spacious lounge and dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV, DVD player and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. An outdoor dining table and chairs and barbecue are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The refurbished, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a refurbished en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed. Also on this floor is the refurbished family bathroom.
An internal staircase leads to the upper level and bedroom three with twin beds. Patio doors to the South facing sunny upper rear terrace.
