This penthouse apartment, situated in the front row, has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor sea beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal staircase, it is well equipped and well furnished. Free wifi internet access.
The stylish lounge, dining room and kitchen has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite or cable TV and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. An outdoor dining table and chairs and barbecue are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The refurbished, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to a small balcony with table and chairs and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and the use of the family bathroom.
An internal staircase leads to the upper mezzanine level and bedroom three with twin beds and a window to the rear terrace. Patio doors from the mezzanine lead to the West facing sunny upper rear terrace.

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.
