This four bedroom townhouse has terraces which overlook the pool and gardens. It is well furnished and equipped.
On the ground floor the living and dining room has satellite or cable TV and patio doors to the terrace and garden area, with gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a door with access to the ground floor terrace and gardens. There is also a cloakroom on this floor.
On the first floor the master bedroom has a king size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and wc. Also on this floor the second bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to a private upper terrace and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc.
An internal staircase leads to the second floor where you will find a den with sofa, table and TV and access to an upper terrace.
On the lower ground floor is bedroom three which has twin beds and bedroom four with a double bed. Both of these bedrooms share the use of a bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and wc.
