Montemares Golf is a community of twelve two bedroom apartments. Situated in an elevated position behind El Rancho. They have use of a roman style communal swimming pool with steps and ladder access.

This apartment is set on the ground floor with level access to the pool via a private astroturfed garden. There is free wireless internet access.

Off street private parking at upper ground level with a lift from the parking level down to the apartment, where you find the entrance door.

Enter the apartment into the open plan lounge and kitchen with satellite or cable TV and patio doors leading to the lounge terrace and enclosed garden. This covered terrace has outdoor dining facilities, affording a shady area to enjoy al-fresco dining.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools.

Also on this floor are the two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed which can be split into twin beds if preferred, couch, patio doors to the garden and an en-suite full bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower, twin basins and wc. Bedroom two has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred and the use of the adjacent separate shower room.

Ground floor apartment with level private enclosed garden and level access to the communal pool. Air conditioning throughout is included in the prices for all seasons.

Professionally managed in the resort, the keys to the property can be collected 24 hours a day. Prices include linen and towels, including pool towels and welcome grocery pack*.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.

Standard Occupancy: 4 persons – Extra occupancy subject to final confirmation at additional cost.***

Maximum Occupancy: 6 persons – 4 adults OR up to 4 adults + 2 children/infants***

Extra occupancy supplement (adult or children): £66.00 per week put-you-up bed hire (minimum 7 night charge).

Extra occupancy supplement (infant in a cot): £60.00 per week cot hire (minimum 7 night charge).

Grocery welcome pack comprises of: 1.5 litres of water x2, 1 litre milk x2, 1 litre orange juice x2, Sliced bread, 250g butter, Jam, 6 eggs, Coffee – Nescafé or similar 1 small jar 100g, English breakfast tea bags, White sugar packets** – included in price
