Well located within the Resort, Bellaluz has a central plaza with shops, restaurants and bars. Residents can enjoy the large children’s pool and a 25 metre swimming pool, set in community gardens and terraces with a poolside bar which is open during the summer months.

This four bedroom, two bathroom villa at Bellaluz also has three outdoor terraces, the upper one having great views. Free wifi internet access.

On the ground floor is the first open plan lounge and dining room with comfortable sofa, easy chairs, a dining table and chairs and patio doors to the front ground floor terrace. Back inside the kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Still on the ground floor bedroom one has a double bed, and an external door to a covered terrace with outdoor lounge furniture. This terrace also gives access to the private enclosed rear terrace with outdoor dining facilities and sun loungers, the perfect place to relax in the warm Spanish sunshine. Bedroom two on the ground floor has twin beds which can be made up as a double if preferred. These two bedrooms share the use of the ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, twin basins and wc.

Stairs lead to the first floor where you can find a second lounge and dining room with sofa, easy chair, satellite or cable smart TV with a large selection of TV stations, dining table and chairs and patio doors to the upper terrace which has great views across the Resort towards Lion Mountain. Also on the first floor bedroom three has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath with shower over, twin basins and wc. While bedroom four has a twin beds.

There is private off-street parking and the the Bellaluz community has a large 25m communal swimming pool complex which is a short walk away.

Rates include: accommodation, electricity used, cleaning and linen only. Minimum rate 5 nights, booking of less than 5 nights can be made but will be charged at 5 night rate.

For bookings of 6 nights or less a nightly rate applies: Low season £245.00 per night / Mid season £295.00 per night / High season (only 7 night stays available).

Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred in July, August and other popular periods, although other stays are considered, please enquire.
